A client is able to apply for a refund within 2 days of receiving the item. The packaging must not be distorted in any way also the item must not be in anyway physically altered.

Please note that Chispa Gifts will only refund an item once the item is returned to our physical shop in Nairobi, Kenya. The item must not have been used.

The client will be responsible for posting charges inquired to return the item to our office.

A client will NOT receive a refund for normal wear due to usage of item as in use.

Once refund is approved by our staff, the client will receive cash back in a week’s time
